I am Davos and I am 7 years of age.

Meet beautiful Davos! He is a Podenco mix, roughly 7 years old and weighs approximately 25kg. He was handed in at his first shelter when he was almost a year old. At that time no one knew anything about him. He was then put into foster care for over a year. Still not adopted, he was put into a boarding facility, where he has now stayed for over four years! At the boarding facility, he has been living in a pack and getting along well with the other dogs. He appears to be fine with cats, but, as we know, that doesn’t guarantee that every cat would get on with him or vice versa. With people, he's been described as “charming and affectionate”, and good with children but please note that H4P never recommends the adoption of any new dog into a family that has small children. Davos desperately needs to, finally, be part of someone’s family, to experience that consistent love, affection and attention that he has missed in his life so far. If you would be willing to expand his meagre existence by inviting him into your life and providing him with a permanent, secure home, he would give all the above, plus more in return!

Muneca is a truly special rescued girl whose passport lists her as 10 years old, though everyone who knows her believes she is much younger. She is in excellent health, bright, lively, and full of gentle affection.

Her current owner lives in a small urban flat and originally intended to adopt only one dog. However, when they learned that Muneca and another older dog had spent years inside cages, they lovingly adopted both to save them from further suffering. While the owner has provided all the love they can, the older dog has significant medical needs that require constant attention, making it extremely difficult to meet both dogs’ needs fairly.

With great sadness — and deep care for Muneca’s future — they are seeking a loving foster or forever home where this little sweetheart can thrive.

Arnold is a 2 year old mix-breed who is good with children and dogs but can be wary of cats. He is a loyal, playful boy and loves going out adventuring! Arnold was tied to a tree and left to die but luckily a kind woman discovered him at the very last moment and called for help. Rescuers arrived just in time, and Arnold was saved from a life of pain and neglect. He is the perfect companion for a an active family who have a lot of love to give!
